The full ordering path for a Vitrin Signature custom kitchen — from discovery call to delivery. Install is optional; your own contractor can install too.

    Discovery call

    30 minutes · free

    A focused phone call: project scope, location, budget tier, timeline, and whether Vitrin Stock or Vitrin Signature is the right tier. No pressure, no obligation.

  2. 02

    In-home survey & measurements

    60–90 minutes · free

    We come to your home, measure the space (including utilities, ductwork, and what's behind the walls when we can), photograph current conditions, and talk through how you actually use the room.

  3. 03

    Design & quote

    1–2 weeks

    We deliver 3D renderings, full elevations, and a written quote with transparent, line-item pricing. You see what you're paying for — door style, drawer count, hinge brand, wood species — line by line.

  4. 04

    Fabrication at our bench

    4–8 weeks

    Your cabinets are built at our Quakertown shop by our team. Plywood boxes, dovetail solid-wood drawers, Blum soft-close hardware, finished in a dust-controlled spray booth. Weekly photo updates.

  5. 05

    Delivery — install optional

    1 day

    Cabinets delivered to your home or jobsite. Lifetime warranty on the workmanship — covers your cabinets for as long as you own the home. Install is available from our crew, or your contractor can install directly.
